MC Tile’s beginning originated from the passion of Mario Cruz – the original “MC” - to provide the best products and services for tiling, countertop and flooring. After 10 years of growth with the help of his younger brother Mene and her sister Daisy Cruz, the siblings grew a successful business for 10 years, when they expanded their operations to their current facility in 2001.

At MC Tile, builders and homeowners can select wide variety of products which include bathroom, ceiling tiles, ceramic, glass, granite tiles, kitchen, marble, outdoor, porcelain, roof tiles, travertine and much more at a single location (best tile shop). Our product inventory is warehoused in a 30,000 square foot facility in Houston, where we’re able to house a broad range of discount tile products on a regular basis. Having our products on site means faster project turnaround – and faster build- times for homebuilders.
All our suppliers have been carefully selected, not only for the quality of products they offer, but also for their reliability. Our suppliers continuously keep the products we need available, both international and domestic. Because of the large capacity of our warehouse, our products are stocked in large quantities and are always readily available for installation.
We work with many retail customers on a referral basis. Once our builders close on a home, the homeowner usually comes to us for advice on care, repairs, and potential additions of tile or granite. We sell grout, thinset, caulk, tile and sealant to the do-it-yourself homeowners. And, we’ve recently expanded our customer base to reach the heart of the Texas Hill Country with our tile and granite dealer business.

Although we are a flooring & tile dealer and contractor for numerous Houston area builders, we also offer turnkey granite flooring & other installation services for large and small builders and residential consumers. We serve our customers by providing professional installation services to ensure the best product results.
