Tile

Ceramic and porcelain tile are known for beauty and durability.  For many home builders tile has become an important part of their product offering.
Natural stone tile includes granite, marble, or travertine.  The raw beauty and unique texture of natural stone in your design projects are a great way to decorate interiors.

Wood

Laminate or hard wood floors meet a wide variety of functional and aesthetic home décor tastes. 
Laminate flooring is a synthetic product made to look and feel like wood.  It is prefinished and the most economical of the three. 
Hard wood floors can be classified as either engineered or solid wood based on the manufacturing method.

Engineered wood is made from layers of real wood and plastic veneer glued together and prefinished.    
Solid wood floors come from natural wood therefore are the same material throughout the plank.  It comes either prefinished from the manufacturer or unfinished.  Prefinished products do not require any additional finishing once installed and come in a variety of colors.  Unfinished products need to be stained and finished after installation.  This allows more precise matching to interiors and fixtures like cabinets, baseboards, trim, or paint because after installation sanding and staining are done on-site.
