Warranty

MC Tile’s services include a 1 year warranty from the date of installation.  Our flexibility and customer satisfaction philosophy makes us a favored installation company.  Our field representatives provide a quick response and follow up to warranty calls. 

All of our flooring and countertops installation project information is stored for traceability.  This insures all product, installer, builder, and homeowner information are readily available for efficient warranty follow ups.  All flooring work orders are maintained by our flooring division staff to allow for speed and efficiency on warranty calls.  Our countertops are all digitally templated and stored by our granite division’s staff with product and service information allowing for streamlined warranty calls. 

Repairs and Maintenance

After the warranty period homeowners have a company they can call for additional hassle free service.  Homeowners can contact us to help keep their flooring and countertops as beautiful as the day they moved in. 

Our services include cleaning, grout repair, tile repair and replacement, granite repair and sealing.  At our showroom we also offer cleaning and sealing products for all tile and natural stone needs.  MC Tile’s long standing reputation gives our builders and their clients the peace of mind that they have a reliable source to go to for maintaining their floors and countertops for years to come.
